Stock & Fundraiser orders ship out 1 to 2 days after the order is processed.

Custom Design orders have usually taken a week to design and another 2 weeks for fabrication. Delays in fabrication can occur if order levels are low. If this happens, a 75% refund is offered. The 25% is withheld to cover the cost of designing the necklace.
